Je travaille dans l&rsquo;une des plaines de la Maremme, \u00e0 quelques minutes de la c\u00f4te de la mer Tyrrh\u00e9nienne. Nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions ici d&rsquo;un microclimat temp\u00e9r\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial avec des brises agr\u00e9ables toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/buonsenso.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/peperita-Rita-Salvadori.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1064\" srcset=\"https:\/\/buonsenso.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/peperita-Rita-Salvadori.jpg 500w, https:\/\/buonsenso.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/peperita-Rita-Salvadori-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/buonsenso.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/peperita-Rita-Salvadori-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les terres agricoles sont r\u00e9parties entre une parcelle de 4 hectares et deux parcelles de 2 hectares dans le domaine \u00abI Doccioni\u00bb, qui couvre une superficie totale de 20 hectares. Je suis un d\u00e9fenseur convaincu de l\u2019agriculture naturelle et j\u2019utilise donc des m\u00e9thodes biologiques \/ biodynamiques certifi\u00e9es par le CCPB et DEMETER. La ferme est tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e. Outre les champs de piments et de l\u00e9gumes, il existe des oliveraies, des vergers et des installations pour la transformation des produits avec un entrep\u00f4t et un bureau. La maison est dans un style typiquement toscan, fid\u00e8lement restaur\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;esprit traditionnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"352\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 352;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/buonsenso.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/buonsenso.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser les anciens mat\u00e9riaux et techniques de la bio-architecture, tout en respectant les normes de sant\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Mon aventure dans l&rsquo;agriculture solitaire continue d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer. Tout a commenc\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage solide de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de notre famille, transmis par mon p\u00e8re Franco Salvadori \u00e0 ma s\u0153ur Romina. Depuis plus de trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, nous cultivons et produisons une huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge de la plus haute qualit\u00e9, dans le respect du respect de la nature, que je consid\u00e8re comme fondamental. En ce qui concerne les piments, tout a commenc\u00e9 avec la production d\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra vierge de Toscane \u00e0 la saveur de piment. Un d\u00e9but simple, mais avec l&rsquo;objectif de cr\u00e9er un produit traditionnel de haute qualit\u00e9. Je suis imm\u00e9diatement tomb\u00e9e amoureuse de ce fruit merveilleux lorsque j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert ses innombrables vertus dans divers domaines. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser dans la d\u00e9coration, les soins personnels et les produits de beaut\u00e9. D&rsquo;huile \u00e9pic\u00e9e, je suis pass\u00e9 aux produits frais, puis aux sauces, piments chilis fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9s et poudres de chili, dans un kal\u00e9idoscope de saveurs vaste et color\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 et perfectionn\u00e9 son utilisation en cuisine, en cherchant des harmonies et des combinaisons et en \u00e9liminant toutes les notes discordantes. Dans toutes les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, des entr\u00e9es aux plats d\u2019entr\u00e9e en passant par les plats principaux et les plats d\u2019accompagnement, avec fromages, fruits, desserts, caf\u00e9, liqueurs, en fait, partout, le piment, bien utilis\u00e9, ajoute de nouvelles saveurs, associe des ar\u00f4mes, ajoute du caract\u00e8re et pr\u00eate un coup de poing aux plats de chaque cuisine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PEPERITA.IT!
